George A. Jackson

Age 95, of Emsworth, peacefully on Friday morning, December 30, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Olive Mae (Combs) Jackson; dear father of Florence (Gary) Underhill and Lee (Stephen) Slepecki; also survived by his grandchildren, Stephen Peter, Faith Virginia, and Elizabeth Hall. George proudly served our country in the Army during WWII in the European Theatre. He retired from Suburban General Hospital. Family and friends are welcome for visitation Tuesday morning 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the McDONALD-LINN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 529 California Ave., Avalon, PA 15202, 412-766-7000.
