Evelyn B. Tobin Snyder

On August 28, 2017. Evelyn B. Tobin Snyder of Avalon, beloved wife of the late Dr. Richard C. Snyder and the late Maurice J. Tobin; mother of the late Barbara Lynn Tobin; daughter of the late George and Henrietta Bernhardt; sister of the late Bernice Wilson.  Granddaughter of the late Mary Elizabeth Krahenbuehl; niece of the late Irene Krahenbuehl; surviving are nephews, John B. Conroy, Jr. and his wife Antonia, Dennis Robert Conroy, and step children, Nancy Jane Craig and Richard W. Snyder and his wife Judy.  She was a faithful member of the United Presbyterian Church of Avalon where she served as Deacon and Trustee, and presently of New Life Community Church, Bellevue.  She was an active member of the Garden Club and early Theater. The family wishes to acknowledge Home Instead Senior Care, AHN Healthcare @ Home Hospice and Pam Martin for their exceptional care of Evelyn.  Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-5 p.m. and again Friday from 12 until time of services at 1 p.m. at the McDonald-Linn Funeral & Cremation Service, LLC. 529 California Ave. Avalon, PA  15202.  Please view and sign the family guestbook at www.mcdonald-linn.com.
