Of Avalon, peacefully on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Beloved sister of Theresa Fitzurka, Julia (the late Thomas) Zon and the late Mary (the late Edward) Drexler; also survived by nieces and nephews. Irene enjoyed her years working at the former Kaufmann’s Department Store in Downtown Pittsburgh. She also enjoyed dining out and shopping. As per Irene’s wishes services and interment are private.
