Shirley (Adams) Cratsley

Age 79, of Emsworth, on September 23, 2017.  Shirley Adams Cratsley wife of the late Charles W. Cratsley, Jr.; dear mother of Charles W. Cratsley, III (Lori), Mary C. Yester (Mark) and John G. Cratsley; , daughter of the late Clyde E. and Angela Foster Adams and surviving mother Catherine Gallagher; grandmother of Charles W., IV, Benjamin, Kimberly, Hayden, Evan, Ryan, Zachary and Seth; sister of the late John, Henry, and Robert Adams; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Cratsley was deeply religious and devoted to the Catholic faith. She was a nurse’s aid with Holy Family Manor at Mt. Nazareth.   Mrs. Cratsley had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing with the Sacred Heart Church Choir.  Friends received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the McDonald-Linn Funeral & Cremation Service, LLC., 529 California Ave. Avalon, PA  15202.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 154 Orchard Ave., Emsworth, PA  15202, where she was a lifelong member.  Interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date.  As a contribution, family and friends may offer a Memorial Mass.  Please view and sign the family guestbook at www.mcdonald-linn.com.
