Age 80, of Ben Avon, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday February 28, 2021 at his home with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Barbara Rice. Dear father of Lynette Singley, Brock (Diane) Rice and Courtney (Holly) Miller. Also survived by his sisters Cheryl (Walter) Willey and Marlene (Carlos) Shambaugh. Due to the pandemic a private service will be held this week and a celebration of life service will be conducted on Royce’s birthday, January 15, 2022. (The time and place will be announced at a later date) Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McDonald - Linn Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC 529 California Ave. Avalon, PA 15202.
